Ultrasonic generator circuit design

There are many types of ultrasonic generators in our country, and most of them can drive the ultrasonic vibrator to clean. However, because of different circuit designs, the transmission efficiency is different. The generator consumes the same electric energy, but the ultrasonic cleaning ability is very different.

The power supply design of the ultrasonic generator is divided into self-excitation mode and other excitation mode. The self-excited circuit has no signal source, and is generally used in small equipment with a small number of vibrators; for a large number of vibrators, it cannot be debugged to achieve the resonance effect, so the ultrasonic generators of the current industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment mostly use the separate excitation method.

The circuit of the external excitation method is composed of two steps, namely the signal source part and the signal amplification part.

1. Signal amplification part: amplify the signal generated by the signal source and output it to the ultrasonic vibrator. The difference in output circuit and voltage of ultrasonic generators with different circuits is an important reason for the high or low transmission efficiency. When the output voltage is large, the generator consumes a large amount of electric energy, and the vibrator is also prone to heat, and the induced electric field generated is strong. Properly adjusting the circuit and increasing the voltage output to the vibrator may achieve good results.

2. Signal source part:

The signal generation and control part using CPU as the core, adopts phase-locked loop technology, and the frequency is stable and reliable. The signal source is generally driven by 12~15V voltage to generate a square wave signal to the signal amplifying circuit; the timing control, adjustment and other additional functions of the ultrasonic generator can be completed by the signal output mode of the control signal source. Because of the low voltage control, Safe and reliable.

The circuit of the signal amplifying part uses 220V voltage rectification to directly supply power, and the inductor and transformer core use high-quality materials, which will play a vital role in the lightweight of the ultrasonic generator.
